Winter is Coming!

The temperatures are dropping here in Northern Colorado and all my garden beds are cozy and prepped for the spring. While there isn't much to do in the garden these days, I still have a lot of planning to do! This is one of the fun aspects of gardening for me, dreaming about what to plant in the spring. What flowers do I want to try new? What colors do I want? Where will they all fit? This last one is one of my biggest obstacles! While I dream of having acreage someday, right now, I am growing as much as I can in my backyard using my garden area wisely and also by planting in pots! Lots and lots of pots! And I am definitely a bit of a seed hoarder lol. I definitely have collected more than I have room to plant this year! If you want to plant some flowers in your garden, now is the time to plan! You can make even the smallest space a bit more magical with a few flowers. Chose some of your favorite colored flowers, find a small sunny location, and just add water! I can't wait to see what you will grow!
